[TODOKAI CANADA] Seminar held at Todokai Edmundston dojo - November 2013

Sensei Alain Faucher has been invited for a karate seminar at Edmundston's Todokai dojo the weekend of November 29th.

Participants were able to work and deepen principles such as:

- Power generated from the rotation of the hips;
- How to stick around his opponent using methods like tai sabaki and Tenkai in kumite.

It was a great time of sharing and exchange.
