Technical Committee
All members of the corporation having the rank of fifth dan (godan) and above will be member of the technical and pedagogical committee. The technical and pedagogical committee will have its own rules and regulations but they must be approved by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors will be helped in decision regarding the technical and pedagogical aspect of karate by the technical coordinator and the chief instructor.
• Master Alain Faucher is the chief instructor and chief examiner of International Todokai and responsible for Pan-American countries .
• In Europe and Africa, Éric Lejeune Sensei is the responsible.
