Autonomous administrative country
At the organizational level, Todokai International aims to be a service organization providing technical assistance based on the traditional shotokan karate. We offer each country the possibility to grow, because administrative autonomy is necessary to the development of the members or followers.
Individual members of a dojo are in a better position to identify their needs as the international structures. Often, we have seen, in the past and nowadays, international groups dictated and imposed patterns of functioning inside dojos and national associations.
Dojos members of a country require autonomy in their mode of operation, as the national associations. Every country has its own mode of operation, often different from one country to another. How a person living outside France, Canada, Morocco, Japan,... can understand the prerogatives and the needs of people living inside one of these countries?
